• Do I have to change my phone number?

  No. You forward your existing line when you can't answer. Your number stays yours.

• What happens to the recording?

  It's stored with your account and linked in every text. Recordings are deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you ask.

• Who sends the text, and who gets it?

  We do, and only you get it. Every summary comes from DispatchRing to the mobile number you gave us at signup. We never text your customers.

• How fast do I get the text?

  Within about ten seconds of the caller hanging up.
