DispatchRing

Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These terms cover your use of DispatchRing, operated by World Choice Software LLC. By signing up you agree to them.

What the service does

DispatchRing answers calls forwarded to it from your business line, asks the caller about the problem, and sends you a written summary by text message. It does not book jobs, dispatch technicians, or take payment from your customers.

SMS program terms

By checking the consent box at signup you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from DispatchRing, a product of World Choice Software LLC. These messages are call summaries and service or account notifications. Message frequency varies with how many calls your line receives. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. For assistance, email hello@dispatchring.com or call (385) 222-3075. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

What it costs

$99 per month per business line, billed monthly in advance. No setup fee and no minimum term. Prices can change with 30 days’ notice by email.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by texting or emailing us. Service runs to the end of the billing period you’ve paid for. We don’t prorate partial months. If you cancel in your first 30 days and tell us why, we’ll refund that month.

Your responsibilities

You set up call forwarding on your own line and you keep your contact number current. You’re responsible for what you do with the information in the summaries, and for following the call recording and customer contact laws that apply where you work. You won’t use DispatchRing for anything unlawful, and you won’t forward a line used for emergency dispatch as defined by your state.

This is not an emergency service

DispatchRing is not a 911 service, an alarm monitoring service, or a medical or safety line. Don’t rely on it where a delayed response could cause injury or property damage.

Availability

We aim to keep DispatchRing running at all times. We don’t guarantee it. Calls can fail because of carrier problems, network outages, or vendor downtime that we don’t control. During the pilot period the service is new and you should treat it as such.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or missed jobs.

Your content

Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries from your line belong to you. You give us permission to process and store them so we can run the service, and to use de-identified data to improve how the service handles calls.

Ending your account

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn’t pay, or is used in a way that puts our carriers or vendors at risk. We’ll tell you why.

Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes

We’ll post updated terms here and email subscribers before significant changes take effect.
